Strength Lab
Barbell-first strength blocks built around the big four. 1RMs are tested quarterly and the programming adjusts to the data, not the vibe.
/// Apex Lab · Performance Facility · Est. 2019
A strength & conditioning gym run like a laboratory. Every session is programmed, every rep is tracked, and every member is tested quarterly — so progress stops being a feeling and starts being a fact.
Every track is periodized, coached, and tested. Pick a lane or run them all — your program adapts to the numbers you put up, not the other way around.

Heart-rate-zoned conditioning across rower, ski, bike and track. Build an aerobic base that makes everything else in your life cheaper.
Olympic weightlifting on proper platforms with certified coaches. Snatch and clean & jerk, broken down frame by frame.
Mobility that is trained, not stretched. Loaded positions and controlled articulations — joints that show up on game day.
Bag work, footwork and fight-shape conditioning. All of the engine, none of the black eyes. Gloves provided, excuses not accepted.
A four-week on-ramp for new members. Learn the lifts, learn the room, and earn your first baseline test with a coach beside you.
Filter by day and discipline, then reserve your spot. Sessions cap at small numbers on purpose — coaching quality beats headcount, every time.

Every member is tested at intake and re-tested quarterly. These are the aggregate figures from the last twelve months of member data — no marketing rounding, no cherry-picked outliers.
Deadlift 82 → 160 kg
“I came in scared of the barbell. Fourteen months later, the barbell should be scared of me. The quarterly tests turned progress into a scoreboard.”
Resting HR 78 → 56
“The Engine sessions are brutal in the friendliest possible way. My doctor is confused and delighted. I'm mostly delighted.”
+6 kg lean mass
“Same bodyweight, completely different body. When motivation dipped, the data kept me honest — that's the whole trick of this place.”
Four leads, one standard: if a coach can't explain why a rep is in your program, it doesn't go in your program.

No. Every new member starts with Foundations: a four-week, small-group on-ramp where a coach teaches you the lifts, the standards, and the room. You won't touch a max-effort session until your movement earns it.
Sixty minutes with a coach: a movement screen, a conservative strength and conditioning baseline, and a conversation about what you actually want. You leave with a written plan whether you join or not.
Yes — reservations open 48 hours before each session and close 10 minutes before start. Caps are deliberately small so coaches can coach. If a class is full, the waitlist clears more often than you'd think.
Any tier can be paused for up to 8 weeks per year, in one-week blocks, straight from the app. Life happens; your membership shouldn't punish you for it.
Members have 24/7 access via the app. Coached classes run 06:00–20:00 on weekdays and 08:00–13:30 on weekends. Staffed hours are posted at the front desk and in the app.
Book a free 60-minute assessment. A coach measures where you are, listens to where you want to be, and writes the first four weeks of the plan — free, no strings, no sales script.
