Four things. Priced on the wall.

No "it depends." Every engagement below has a fixed price, a fixed timeline, and a 50/50 payment split — half to book the slot, half on launch day. If we blow the date, the second half is free.

03 — The process

Four steps. Zero meetings about meetings.

The whole system is designed so you make exactly three decisions: what we're building, yes to the quote, and yes to launch.

  1. Scope call

20 minutes. You talk, we interrogate. We tell you on the call if we're the wrong fit — happens about 1 in 4 times.

    DAY 0 · 20 MIN
  2. Fixed quote

One page. A price, a launch date, and exactly what's included. No 40-page proposal, no "phase 2 TBD." Valid for 7 days.

    WITHIN 24 HRS
  3. The build

Staging URL on day 2. A 3-minute video update in your inbox every working day. You watch it get built — no black box.

    DAYS 1–13
  4. Ship + handover

DNS flips, analytics verified, your team trained in one 45-minute session. 30-day fix window on us, then you own everything.

04 — Questions we get on every call

Asked. Answered.

How can you fix the price without a discovery phase?

Because we've shipped 87 of these. Scope for a marketing site or an MVP is a solved problem — the variance is in decisions, not code. Our quote locks the deliverable list; the 20-minute call is the discovery phase.

If your project genuinely can't be scoped in 20 minutes, we'll say so on the call and point you to someone who bills hourly.

What happens if I ask for changes mid-build?

Small changes (copy, images, ordering) are just done — that's why the daily videos exist, so you catch things early. Anything that changes the deliverable list gets a one-line addendum: new price, new date, your call. We have charged $0 in change-order fees since 2021 because the quote is honest up front.

What's the stack?

Boring on purpose. Static-first HTML/CSS with islands of JavaScript for marketing sites; a typed full-stack framework with Postgres and Stripe for MVPs. Everything deploys from Git, everything is documented, and nothing requires our permission to change later. You own the repo from day 1.

Do you do design, or do I need a designer first?

Design is included — it's why the prices look like that. We design in the browser against your real content, not in 14 rounds of mockups. If you already have a Figma file we'll build it faithfully and tell you (in writing) where it will hurt conversion.

What do you NOT do?

No open-ended "digital transformation." No SEO retainers with monthly PDF rituals. No native mobile apps. No projects with more than 2 decision-makers — that's not a build problem, it's a governance problem, and it always blows the date.

Payment terms?

50% to book the slot, 50% on launch day, card or bank transfer. The kicker: if we miss the launch date and it's our fault, the second 50% is waived. We've paid that penalty zero times in 87 builds, and we'd like to keep the streak.

Stop planning.
Start shipping.
