Yes. Our import tools accept exports from every major analytics platform, preserve original timestamps, and imported events are never billed during your migration month.
You choose a storage region when you create a workspace, and your data is pinned there — encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. On Scale plans you can pin different projects to different regions.
Nothing breaks. We never drop events or cut you off mid-month. You get soft alerts at 80% and 95% of quota, and overflow is billed at published per-million rates — or we simply suggest the next tier if that is cheaper.
