Yes — we work with all major insurers and provide itemized receipts you can submit for reimbursement. Members on Plus and Family plans also get claims filed on their behalf.
Photo ID, a list of any current medications, and previous test results if you have them. Everything else — history, allergies, preferences — we capture in your first five minutes.
Any time up to two hours before your appointment, free of charge, straight from your confirmation email. Later than that, a $20 late fee applies to keep slots available for everyone.
