Capabilities

Built like a vault. Moves like software.

Every primitive a modern finance team needs, engineered to the standard a balance sheet deserves.

Multi-currency accounts

Hold, convert, and reconcile 42 currencies from a single balance-sheet view. Local account details where your revenue lives.

Corporate cards

Issue physical and virtual cards in seconds, with limits that enforce themselves and receipts that chase people for you.

Treasury yield

Idle cash sweeps nightly into short-duration government instruments. 4.10% APY, accrued daily, liquid the next business day.

Global payments

Local rails in 60+ corridors. Same-day where the market allows, and a transparent 0.40% over mid-market everywhere.

Approval policies

Route every dollar through rules — thresholds, dual sign-off, vendor allowlists. Exceptions need signatures, not Slack threads.

Ledger-grade API

Idempotent, versioned, webhook-first. Reconciliation objects map one-to-one to your ERP. Your integration will feel understood.

Operations

One ledger. Every account. Zero exports.

Positions, payments, and approvals live in a single real-time view — so month-end is a check, not an archaeology dig.

  • Real-time positions across every entity, account, and currency — refreshed as money moves, not overnight.
  • Dual-control approvals with an immutable, exportable audit trail your controller can hand straight to the auditors.
  • Auto-reconciliation that posts clean entries to your ERP — categorized, matched, and closed without a spreadsheet.

Claim the difference

Illustrative estimate. Assumes a 2.8% legacy FX margin, 0.9% blended card cross-border cost, and 0.05% legacy APY — versus Vaultic's 0.40% flat FX, zero card FX markup, and 4.10% APY on swept balances. Yields are variable and not guaranteed.

Security

Security that reads like a charter.

We assume hostile networks, fallible humans, and curious auditors — then build for all three.

Segregated custody

Client funds sit with regulated custodian institutions, segregated from Vaultic's operating capital. Your balance never touches our balance sheet — structurally, not contractually.

Hardware-key access

FIDO2 hardware keys are enforced for every administrative action. Passwords alone move nothing. Session anomalies freeze the account before they become incidents.

Approval firewalls

Dual sign-off above thresholds you set, per user, per vendor, per currency. Every approval is logged to an immutable trail — exportable in one click, alterable in none.

Continuous audit

SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 audited annually, penetration-tested quarterly, monitored always. AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and keys rotated on schedule — not on incident.

Customers

Finance teams notice.

We closed our books four days faster the first month. The approval trail alone paid for the switch.

Amara OseiVP Finance, Ridgeline Robotics

Treasury went from a spreadsheet I feared to a screen I check with coffee. The yield is real and so is the audit trail.

Tomas KellerHead of Finance, Arcline Studio

Our auditors asked what changed. That has never happened in a good way before.

Questions

Asked, answered.

Is Vaultic a bank?

No — and that's deliberate. Vaultic is a financial technology platform. Client funds are held at regulated custodian institutions, segregated from our operating capital, so your balance never sits on our balance sheet.

How does the 4.10% APY work?

Idle balances sweep nightly into short-duration government money market instruments. Yield accrues daily, pays monthly, and liquidity is next business day. The rate is variable and published in-app before it changes.

What does FX actually cost?

0.40% over interbank mid-market, flat, on every corridor we serve. No volume tiers, no spread games, no “call us” pricing. The rate you see at quote is the rate that settles.

How long does onboarding take?

Most companies pass verification within one business day. Complex structures — holding companies, multi-entity groups, regulated industries — typically clear inside a week, with a named human on the file.

Can we control who moves money?

Granularly. Set thresholds per user, per vendor, per currency. Require dual sign-off above any amount. Every approval is logged to an immutable trail and exportable for audit in one click.
