1. Information We Collect

When you use our services or website, we may collect personal information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and phone number when filling out contact forms or booking sessions. We also collect usage data including browser type, pages visited, and time spent on our site through privacy-friendly analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver services you have booked, send relevant updates if you have opted in, and improve our website and services. We never use your data for purposes other than those stated here.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely within Australia wherever possible. We use industry-standard security measures. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services including form processors, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools. These services have their own privacy policies and handle data in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Advertising and Cookies

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on this site. Google and its third-party advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. For more information about how Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps, see Google's advertising privacy policy.

6. Affiliate Links Disclosure

Some links on this site are affiliate links — if you click through and sign up or purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are clearly marked "Sponsored" and use the rel="sponsored" attribute as required by Google and the ACCC. We only recommend products and services we'd genuinely use ourselves; affiliate income never influences which tools we feature or how we describe them. Display ads on this site (via Google AdSense) are independent of editorial content and use cookies as described in section 5.
