Document Rewrite & Enhance
Got a resume, cover letter, bio, proposal, report, listing or essay that just needs to be better? Paste it in and our AI rewrites it — clearer, better-structured, more persuasive and error-free — while keeping your meaning, facts and voice. You get the improved version plus a short note of what changed, as an editable Word file and on the page. No starting from scratch. 2 free revisions.
You paste in something you have already written — a resume, cover letter, bio, proposal, report, listing or essay — and about three minutes later there is a sharper version of it waiting on your order page. That is the whole of Document Rewrite & Enhance: A$19 per document, paid once, nothing recurring.
You say what the document is and what you want improved — a tone that sits too stiff, a structure that wanders, an argument that never quite lands — and the rewrite works to that brief, in the tone you nominate. What comes back has been restructured and tightened rather than lightly proofread, with a short note explaining what moved. It arrives as an editable Word (.docx) file and a Markdown download, and two free AI revisions come with it for when the result is close but not right.
Nothing gets invented, and nothing gets flattened
If your draft does not state a revenue figure, a date, a client name or a qualification, the rewritten version will not quietly supply one. Anything missing comes back as a placeholder for you to fill in. That constraint matters, because the fastest way to ruin a proposal or a resume is to send it out carrying a confident detail that is not true.
The same rule protects your voice. The job is to make your writing better, not to replace it with generic business prose — write in short, blunt sentences and you get short, blunt sentences back, cleaner ones. It also means the improvement lands on the writing rather than on the thinking underneath it. A proposal with no clear offer in it will come back well written and still vague about the offer.
When a review, or a tailored resume, serves you better
This product hands back a finished document. If what you want is an assessment — being told where the draft is weak so you can fix it yourself — Document Review & Feedback is the better fit. If you need a resume reworked against one particular job ad, Resume Tailored to a Job does that targeting. For short messages, Email & Message Polish is cheaper and faster.
The rewrite is for the case where you are reasonably settled on what you want to say and unhappy with how it currently reads.
Read the change note before you send anything
Alongside the rewritten text you get a short summary of what was changed. It is brief by design rather than a line-by-line audit, but enough to tell you whether the opening was reordered, a repetitive section was cut, or the register shifted.
It is also the best guide for your two revisions. If the note says the introduction was restructured and you would rather it had not been, that is a one-line instruction for the next pass — and a specific instruction gets you further than asking for it to be better in general.

Frequently asked questions
Will it still sound like me?
That is the intent. Your meaning, your facts and your voice are meant to survive the rewrite; what changes is the wording, the order and the structure. Because sentences do get reworked, read the "what I changed" note and the new text before it goes anywhere with your name on it.
My draft is already fairly clean. Is there anything left for it to do?
Errors get corrected, but the rewrite goes past proofreading into restructuring, tightening and strengthening the case you are making. If you only want light touch-ups on a draft you are already happy with, say exactly that in the "what do you want improved" field, otherwise expect the text to come back noticeably reworked.
What happens to the gaps in my draft?
They stay gaps. Nothing is invented to fill them — a missing figure, date or name comes back as a placeholder rather than a plausible guess, so you can see what still needs your input before you send it.
The tone came back wrong. Do I pay again?
No. Two free AI revisions are included with the A$19, and pricing is per document rather than a subscription. Spend a revision on a specific instruction — "keep my original opening paragraph", "make it less formal", "shorten the middle section" — rather than a general request for better.
Can I keep working on the file afterwards?
Yes. The rewritten document sits on your order page as an editable Word (.docx) file and a Markdown download, so you can carry on in Word, Google Docs or anything that reads Markdown. It is handed over as a working draft, not a locked final file.
Would you run a contract or anything financial through this?
You can paste in any text and it will read more clearly afterwards, but this is an AI rewrite for clarity and persuasiveness — not legal, financial or compliance review. On anything with legal or money consequences, treat the result as a starting point for a qualified professional to check before it goes out.
